By accessing or using the JS Healthy Living UK website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website.
2. Products
Our products are herbal wellness products intended for adults 18 years and older. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our products are not suitable for babies under 2 years old or pregnant women.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4. Pricing
Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change. Member pricing is available after partner registration. All prices shown are per bundle, not a subscription.
5. Partner Programme
Partners may access product discounts and referral incentives. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort. Full partner terms are provided upon registration.
6. Limitation of Liability
JS Healthy Living UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
